Muskego High School has been a part of Women and Will since its inception in 2018. Women of Will is a women’s high school sponsorship program that exists to empower female student-athletes on their journey towards achieving greatness on the field as well as conquering mental, physical, and societal obstacles.

The dropout rate of pre-college female student-athletes is 2x the rate of their male peers. There are many different factors that contribute to this high dropout rate–fewer opportunities, lack of adequate facilities, decreased quality of experiences, social stigmas, and lack of positive role models. It has become a priority across the country to create change in the way people see females in the world of athletics, including how these athletes view themselves. Muskego High School wants to be a part of these positive changes and is creating ways to fill in the gaps and give women more reasons to join and stay in the game.
